Life's Moments Scalloped Cascade CardCompleted by Angela Styles

This is a lovely design and the sentiment is very special.Unfortunately my printer didn't create the vibrant colour of this design but it still makes a lovely card.I mounted the different panels of the cascade design with dst.I cut around the scallops.I mounted the desoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding pearl gems.
