Princess Caelia Cascade Card Ice Blue

I printed this sheet off onto quality photo paper and cut out the panels and attached to my white cracked ice effect card.

I glittered up some of the stars with stickles glitter glue and I used sakura glitter pens to glitter up her dress, tiara and the curls around the writing square, on the large panel, I also added some gem stones to the large panel and to her dress and tiara.

Finally I used Inksessentials Glossy accents on her eyes to give a glassy 3D look.
