After cutting out all the sheets I matted them onto toning blue metallic textured card stock. I created the trifold card from white cardstock and secured the designs with double sided tape. I then cut the white card to created the cascade effect.

I matted the blank tag onto matching blue card stock and added a peel off greeting. Finally to complete the card I used some domed snowflake stickers.
