Layered each panel onto white card cutting 1/4cm margins allowing extra on one side of both back and front and on two sides of centre panel.

Cut holes using Binding machine and tied together with ribbon, built up pyramid topper and placed on front panel.

Also placed Happy Birthday tag on back of centre panel so show over front of card.
