I used these tags for some of my cards made in free style - like the one I show here.

I cut and glue the golden "net" over the turquoise square mat, added the white and golden flower on top.

Then I glue it and the ribbon with the greeting tag onto the light golden mat. For the base card I used turquoise card 5 x 7 inches size.
