I cut a 7.5" square from backing sheet 186988_703 & mounted both backing sheet & topper 3789610_1519 onto blue card leaving a small border.
I attached the mounted backing sheet to a white card blank then added digital ribbon from 398379_359 using DST.
I attached the mounted toper using 2mm foam tape. I added a tag from 398369_359. I finished with silver leaves & lilac organza flowers.
