I printed the design on 250gsm strong photo paper.I printed two copies and decoupaged the hat. I matted the base onto a darker card stock, then onto a white card.

I cut out the wheel, and followed the very easy directions to assemble, making sure I didn't have the brad in the center too tight, the wheel has to be able to spin around easily.

I added glitter to the hat which I decoupaged with silicone glue. I finished off adding one of the sentiments provided.
