I printed on to 160gsm. I cut out the clock picture and arrow. I matted the arrow on to 250gsm card. I pierced a hole through the 6x6 card blank, the clock picture and the arrow.

I adhered to the blank card with wet glue and put a brad through the holes. I added an insert on the inside of the card to cover the brad.
