I cut around the circle as carefully as I could (Not my greatest skill!!). Cut out the hand and made a hole in both pieces where indicated and attached the hand with the brad.
I used wet glue to stick the image onto the card base.
Just be careful not to put glue too near the brad, as the hand won't turn.
