I carefully cut around (not my greatest job!!). Made a hole in the main image and in the hand and attached the hand with a brad. I used wet glue to fix it to the card base. Just make sure you don't glue to near the brad...otherwise the hand won't turn!!

I may have got glue on my hand and that is why there is a smudge :-(
