Vintage Victorian Bumper KitCompleted by S Bardelli

A bright and wonderful card to make

I stuck the first layer to the card front and cut out an aperture

I then added another base layer and matched carefullly sticking it to the insert sheet

I decoupaged the figurine only on the insert sheet adding a decorative yellow tape to the enhance the color

I decoupaged the flowers on the front of the card and added the greetings

On the insert sheet i replaced these with 2 matching bows
