Sweet kittens & mice bumper kit - Decoupage & InsertsCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed one of the kits, onto gloss photo paper, DST was used to attach the Topper and insert to a white, 8 inch card.

Foam pads were used to add the decoupage.

Crystal glitter was used on parts of the hats, and a pink gem was stuck to the middle of the bow.

A lovely design, from a great Bumper Kit.
