The bumper kit has 8 sheets, with enough pieces to make 10 different special age cards.
The card front is 7x7". There's a sheet of decoupage layers. A full sheet of tags with relatives. 3 matching inserts, 10 wine bottles with the greeting on the label. The card front also has a plain bottle.

Inserts: WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY. WITH LOTS OF LOVE ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY. and a blank one.
Bottles say: Happy Birthday with ages 18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100.

I printed this design on glossy photo paper, used foam pads for the decoupage, there's lots of sentiment and ages to choose from, a very classy design, and finished by adding on a 8x8 scalloped card.
I have printed this out onto gloss photo paper and attached to a white card and used 3 d pads to build up the picture and I have glittered the stars and lines to add sparkle
