Pretty in Pastels Bumper KitCompleted by Cute N Creative Design Studio

I chose the girl design from this kit and printed the design onto good quality card and cut out the pieces.

I mounted the card front onto glitter cardstock and then attached the card front to the card using d/s tape.

I layered the decoupage pieces using foam tape and added a few gems to finish off the card.
