Mixed Cuties Bumper Kit Completed by Wayne Swan

I printed the designs on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main designs on to 8 by 8 Scalloped cards. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiments on using Sticky pads.

A Quick and easy Stunning, Amazing, Cute, Lovely and Wonderful Bumper kit that I really LOVE the designs are just a must have!
