I printed this adorable design onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto gold holographic card and mounted onto an ivory 7"x 7" scalloped edged card blank.

There are lots of decoupage choices so I chose what I wanted and shaped and decoupaged using 3D glue. To finish I added gems, and lots of glitter touches.
