Hip Hop Hooray ! BUMPERCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 card using d.s tape and then placed the remaining pieces using foam pads. I placed the sentiments inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.

There are 4 different kits in this Bumper Kit which makes is very affordable.
