CHAMPAGNE CELEBRATIONS 7.8 Decoupage & Insert Bumper Kit Completed by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gem hearts, a bow, gems and a sentiment. A gorgeous design, perfect for any celebration.

My peach card was made for a wedding and was embellished with a bow and pearl heart.
