Bumper Kit of Flowers no 21Completed by S Bardelli

I loved making every project from this bumper pack

It was hard to pick a favourite

But this one stands out

I printed off the image - printing a base layer twise

I carefully cut out the frame on one of the base layers and stuck this to a plain white card

I cut out the card which left an apperture

I matched the other base layer and stuck it to the insert sheet

I then decoupaged the image over 3 layers on the card

added some pink decorative sticky tape to edge and also on the inset sheet

I added extra butterflies for effect

I finished on with my own greeting a single pink bow
