This bumper kit consists of eight pages. Each page contains one of my art deco style floral toppers, as an A4 plaque. This is the fourth bumper kit in this series.
The designs in this kit are, petals and wings, romantica roses purple, tulips and butterflies, wynter florals, romantica roses pink, bright roses, blue roses and romantica gothika.

I reduced the size of the plaque, so that I got three images onto a A4 sheet of glossy photo paper.
I used the first plaque as my base image, then cut the second & third sheet as decoupage along the black lines and around the out side of the tulip.
I the cut the top of a card blank to the same shape as the plaque and then finished with some black peel offs.
A great kit, which can be used in many ways.
