As I live in Wales I chose the Daffodils from this collection. I printed the decoupage and envelope onto 120gsm paper and the card base onto 300gsm card. I mounted the first decoupage layer and text plates onto 300gsm card using a wet glue and cut them out.

I then used silver peeloff letters to spell Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus (Happy St. David's Day). I attached the base layer to the card using a wet glue and completed the card using sticky pads. I used a wet glue to assemble the envelope and put remoistenable glue on the flap. I then made another in English using gold letters. (2nd photo).
