Watercolour Mixed QUICK TOPPER Bumper KitCompleted by Irene Woods

I printed 2 copies of the sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out the base image from one and elements from the second to create decoupage layers.

I attached the base image to a white card blank using DST then used glue gel to add the upper layers and my chosen sentiment.

Finally I used a selection of coloured glitter glues and sparkle pens to highlight the central feature.
