OccasionI printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I waved around one of them and had 2 sides with a frame. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

I have a great hairdresser that´s like a brother to me and I guess there are many of you who does so this Bumper is fantastic to have when needed!!
It turned in to a couple of Gorgeous cards!
