Shopping Spree BUMPERCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and glued the design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

A quick and easy Stunning, Fab, Cool, Loving, Great and Brilliant Bumper kit that I LOVE and you will too!!
