These very cute birthday toppers were printed onto white card and foam pads were used for the layering and sentiments.
Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out all items and placed topper and insert onto a scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Finished with a few gemstones.
