Birthday Cake - Special Birthdays - Bumper Kit (Includes 18 Ages)Completed by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

First I added a digital name to the cake image and a greeting to the insert panel then cut out my chosen elements.

I covered an 8x8 card base with a dusty pink mirror card and attached ny first base layer with dst and glue stick. I built up the decoupage using foam tape and 3d gel. I added a few small pennants to the top of the page with glur gel and attached pink cristal gems in between. I embellished the cabdles with clear wink of stella and added diminute cristal gems to the balloons. This is a great

design with candle numbers for lofs of ages. Im very pleased with the result and am sure my grandaughter will love it. There's also a

plain background as a frame which I havent used this time. The plain insert allows for whatever digital message you like to add.

Thank you for a super design.
