I chose to do the blue one first. I printed it out on Matt photo paper. Cut out the topper and all the decoupage pieces. I attached the base of the topper to iridescent Mirri board using double stick tape.

I used thin and thick layers of foam tape to build up the decoupage. This is a beautiful card. It comes with a very nice variety of sentiments. The kit includes three other colors of this design.
