I reduced the size of the files so two would fit on one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper, and used 5 1/2" blank cards. Covered the card fronts with pink metallic "mercury glass" paper, then attached the inserts and toppers with dst.

Added some punched out pine branches with wet glue, then the floral decoupage and sentiments with silicone gel. I attached red holly berries, then covered them with pink glitter glue, and added gold glitter glue to the flower centers and the cupcake icing, then finished with a gingham bow on the cinnamon sticks.

This is a really cute set of 6 cards, easy to make. For more elaborate decoupage, you could print the toppers two or three times and add layers of the center motifs.
