I downloaded then printed onto 200grm satin photo paper and cut out all the elements. Scored and folded where necessary (following the included design instructions), and glued the pieces together with roller tape adhesive. I then added the layering elements with 2mm thick foam adhesive pads.
Very effective design, looks lovely.
