BLUE CHRISTMAS SCENES 7.8 Quick Layer Cards or Decoupage Bumper Kit

This Christmas bumper kit contains 4 mini kits. (NOTE The mini kits are also available on separate listings, see related items below)

Each mini kit includes 4 sheets which create either a quick layer card or a decoupage Christmas card, which you could glitter up or add your own 3d embellishments. 

Toppers are approximately 7.8 inch or can be reduced in size for smaller cards.

They feature lovely winter scenes. Each card includes an optional frame for added depth, a plaque with verse and separate bow. There is also optional floral embellishment provided as several decoupage layers, which can be added if you wish, to create greater depth.
