Welcome Babies Bumper Kit
This lovely bumper kit brings together all four of my welcome baby mini kits. There are four folders, each one containing the three sheets needed to make an 8x8 square mini kit.
Each design is available separately on craftsuprint, so here are the cup numbers so you don't double up:

I printed my chosen design onto good quality card and cut out the pieces.
I mounted the card front onto glitter cardstock and then attached the card front to the card using d/s tape.
I layered the decoupage pieces using foam tape and added a few gems to finish off the card.
