Stuffed With Love Baby Vest Shaped Bumper Kit #1 Completed by Carolyn Norris

I printed the design on card stock, cut out the elements, used sticky pads for the decoupage pieces and adhered the topper to a blank white card.

This is such and adorable design!

Everything you could possibly need for gift giving (except the gift of course:) is included in this kit. You have the card and envelope as well as a gift card. If you are giving a monetary gift there is even the money wallet to slip into its matching card. Great value for the cost !!
