Sweeter than Sweet Bumper Kit Completed by Wayne Swan

I printed the designs on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main designs on to 8 by 8 Scalloped cards. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiments on using Sticky pads.
