I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper,then cut out and scored and creased on the lines, folded and stuck the base then the side tab,then i punch the hols at the top to thread the ribbon through.then tied a bow at the front i have the tab at the back,i decorated the front with,a cut up pom pom and glued it in place on the mouses hat added glitter to bauble.
