I printed this happy birthday wallet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I scored and folded. I glued the sides using wet glue. I glittered the centres of the flowers back and front with gold and an iridescent glitter on the little girls hair clips and the ribbons.

This was a very simple to make... I made two of these in less than ten minuets.
