I printed this on glossy photo paper. I left a tab at each end when cutting out in order to have it open from the top. I scored and glued then added a tiny piece of Velcro for the closure.

This photo shows it partially open so you can see the little mouse. Very cute and easy to make. This one will be used as a stocking stuffer for a gift card.
