Fluttery Butterfly Lottery Wallet CardCompleted by Janet Broughton
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Butterflies
I printed onto good quality matt photo paper then cut out all the pieces. I folded the wallet card as per the easy instructions and assembled the decoupage to the front using sticky foam pads.
I lifted the flower petals to give a 3d effect and added glitter to the edges. What a great idea these lottery wallet cards are!
