Fluttery Butterfly Lottery Wallet CardCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this luck wallet onto a sheet of decoupage paper then cut it out, then mounted it to a firm card and cut around it,scored down the center and folded in half stuck the inside pocket to take that lucky lottery ticket,i then decoupage it up,added blue gems to the butterfly, text plate and flowers and a blue pearl in the center of the bow, this is a pretty card holding good luck for the receiver .

I HOPE!
