I imported the design into MS Word and resized this design so I would have two different sizes. I then printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the box pieces.

I scored and folded on all the lines and then formed the boxes an glued them together with quick drying tacky glue.

I then made a ribbon bow for the larger box and attached a snowman to the smaller box. Great value for your money as you can make boxes as large as your paper/printer will allow and as small as you wish.
