I used 230gsm matte photo pare to print this out. I scored and folded where indicated and used extra strong d s tape to put it together. To finish I added glitter to some of the hearts.

I shall be making quite a number of these for our fundraiser for our local library as they are ideal for the home made dog treats we sell.
