I printed the sheet onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, printed a toning backing onto the back, scored the marked lines and cut out the box.
I folded the scored lines and made the box up using sticky pads and glue.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the box with a couple of small gems. The box can be sent through the post flat for very simple self assembly. It will only need the removal of 2 pieces of DSST to fix the base of the box.

The image was printed on 250gsm smooth white card. The box was assembled using wet glue and the decoupage elements attached using glue gel.
