I printed the sheet onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, printed the back with a toning backing sheet, scored the lines and cut out the box.

I folded the score lines and made up the box using glue and DSST.

I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the box with a couple of small gems. The box can be sent through he post flat for very simple self assembly. (Just remove 2 pieces of DSST and fix the base)
