I printed onto heavy glossy photo card. I scored & folded then secured all the flaps using strong DST. I added the decoupage butterflies using 2mm foam pads.

I printed the sheet onto 250gsm. matte photo paper cut out the pieces and scored the box. I made up the box using DSST with sticky pads to add the extra butterflies.
This box can be sent, flat, by post, leaving the buyer 2 small pieces of DSST to remove in order to fix the base.
