Ideal to send a small gift (e.g chocolate bar) or note card, this bottle gift holder fits over the top of a water, wine or beer bottle.
Cut out the design, and cut out the middle of the circle to fit over your chosen bottle.
Score the red lines, cut the blue lines to create small tabs, tuck those tabs in and fold to create the pocket. Secure with strong adhesive if using to house a choccy bar. Decorate pocket to finish.

I printed this sheet out twice, once on card and once on photo paper. I cut the main pieces from the card print, and the front and decorative elements from the photo print. I scored and folded the base and stuck it together with wet glue.
I then stuck the other elements onto the base, using 1mm foam pads for the raised bits.
