I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached some music background paper from my craft box to the card using double sided tape.

I used two of the bookmarks and stuck them back to back and attached them to the card with a gold brad from my craft box.

This allows the bookmark to be easily removed. I attached the greeting to the card using thin foam tape.
