I printed and cut out the sheet,I then used a template of a screen,then added the bookmarks onto card cut out them out on the template to added to the card with foam pads.I used blue fancy card to make the main screen and the spare bookmark I made into the same shape as the panels,then laminated it to added as a book mark makes a lovely gift
