I created a tri-fold card from cream vellum-look card and trimmed it an angle across the top edge. Cut out each boot then matted and layered one boot to each card face, matching the mat colour to the each boot.

I cut the mat to the same angle but let the boots go over the edge. I made 6 bows, two in each colour and stuck them to opposite corners of each boot.
