I printed the bookmarks on glossy photopaper and them out. Instead of making bookmarks I used the images to make DL size notelets. I used dst to fix the ladies onto black backing paper and then attached each one to the card blanks again using dst.

I edged them with a combination of gold and silver border peel offs and corners. A great sheet to use your imagination with.
