I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut the tags out and punched holes in the tops. I threaded beige silk crochet cotton through the holes, using four strands so that it looked luxurious.

These sweet vintage girls would make lovely tags for gifts for Christmas or birthdays, or they could be used as card toppers as well.
