Lavender Iris Bookmark CardCompleted by Giselle Topper

First, I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and cut out all the elements. I then mounted the scallopped decourpage elements with foam tape and the pocket with DST. I then adhered the base topper onto lilac pearlescent cardstock, inserting the black die-cut lace border between the layers. I also added the same lace border to the RH back layer of the card base to tie it all together. I used purple Liquid Pearl dots at all the intersections of the pattern and a few dots on the centres of the flowers in the design and tangerine strokes to the iris centre and dots to the flower in the RH top corner. At the intersection of the lace border - added a couple of purple rose buds to finish it off.

To the matching bookmark, I added the purple Liquid Pearls dots to the intersections of the pattern and mounted it onto a matcing purple cardstock and cut to shape. The tag that fits in the pocket I mounted onto matching purple cardstock as well.
